New to Pilates?
It is recommended that you start with a 1-on-1 intro session or a beginners class before joining a advanced beginners/mixed levels/core & stretch class. This will help you learn the fundamentals of Pilates.

Have an injury/pain/artificial joints/recent surgery?
A 1-on-1 is required prior to booking any classes. In this session your injury/artificial joint/surgery site will be assessed and you will be shown any exercise modifications necessary to be able to safely join the classes
