Timetable

New to Pilates?

It is recommended that you start with a 1-on-1 session or a beginners class before joining a mixed levels class or a core & stretch class. This will help you learn the fundamentals of pilates with easier exercises.

It is recommended that you start with a 1-on-1 session prior to booking a class. In this session your injury will be assessed and you will be shown any exercise modifications necessary to be able to safely join the classes.

Have an injury/pain?

Booking a class:

- All Private sessions must be pre-booked

- It is recommended that all classes be pre-booked to avoid disappointment 
- All classes must be pre-paid for prior to attending
- Casual classes and concession cards can be transferred to a friend or family member, but are non-refundable
- Memberships are non-transferrable and are non-refundable
- Parking for classes is available on the roadside or at Kaurilands domain. Parking for private sessions is available up the driveway
- Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice is needed for any class time changes or cancellations. If 24 hours notice is not given, full charges apply or a class will be deducted off your concession card or membership.
